Really positive experience overall. I was contacted multiple times by the fulfilment team to confirm that my tickets had been successfully transferred, which gave me a lot of reassurance. The communication was clear, proactive, and professional throughout. The tickets were transferred without any issues and are now safely in my Ticketmaster account well in advance of the event (over a week before the concert), which is exactly what you want for peace of mind.
