My order did not arrive in time
My order did not arrive in time. When I contacted Foam Party Hats by email to cancel the order, I received a response within an hour or two letting me know that they refunded my credit card and could keep the order when it arrived. It arrived a few days after the event, and I loved them! I will definitely use this company in the future!
