Product never shipped, no refund provided
I placed an order for the adjustable decompression and stretch table 7 1/2 weeks ago and have yet to receive word that the item has even shipped. Customer service has been responsive to my emails however they are still unable or unwilling to tell me when the item will ship and they won’t refund my order. Seems like yet another scam being marketed on socials. UPDATE: As I said, the customer service department has been responsive throughout this issue. Yesterday they offered a 30% refund and provided slightly more detail about when the product may in fact ship. The jury is out as to whether they actually come through but I can verify the partial refund was processed.
