SF1352658438287 Slower than a turtle and never updates their tracking in a timely manner. Customer service not really helpful. My parcel was dispatched last May 5 ffom SG until now, I do not know what's happening, they kept saying it is at customs. They do not have a contact number for customer service in the UK. Stay away from companies that use them as a courier to avoid headache. SF International have some decency to sort out the complaints here!
