Blackview phone
Can't fault the phone my First blackview was a bv7000pro bought in 2017 lasted until 2022 dropped it thousands of times never broke screen and used daily in harsh conditions . Had to replace battery and speaker twice due to working in dusty environment it clogged it up . So though I would try another bv9900pro ordered in February shown in stock and available for three day delivery direct from the manufacturer . Paid for expedited shipping £20 given all sort of excuses and received April after numerous emails eventually got a refund for $16 . No issues with phones but if you can't change a battery or sort out software issues yourself maybe it's not for you . Customer service is none existant and the only help is via blackview online forum which I would recommend joining as other customers offer solve any issues with helpful advice . Don't expect any repair or servicing of these phone parts are available online via allexpress via third party sellers . One issue with my new phone it was advertised with feature which as production moved along it looks like they been removed without altering the advertising . Not sure why the apps are missing to control the sensors or if the sensors are missing and can't find any third party app for the sensors . Again seems to be a very tough phone works outside in the rain screen works perfectly when wet phone calls answered via Bluetooth and can have music playing all day . Also the thermal imaging camera has come in very handy to find issues with construction . Sad the customer service and repair is none existant . They can't even appoint agents in countries worldwide to carry out repairs or operate service center as any issue phones are sent back to the manufacturer . Would highly recommend phone company let down by its customers service .
