Laptops that crack screens, avoid
I bought a matebook 13 and the hinge seized causing the screen to crack, Huawei said they don't repair screens under warranty even though seized hinges and cracked screens are a common problem with this laptop and the Matebook X Pro. I have been trying to get Huawei to fix this because they know the problem exists. I sent an email to Huawei again and was told "IF" it was still under warranty they would of repaired it, all they did was fob me off till my warranty expired. I am not asking for a new laptop just for it to be repaired, at the end of the day I paid a lot of money for this laptop. DO NOT BUY HUAWEI LAPTOPS THEY ARE NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE, THE HINGES SEIZE CAUSSING THE SCREEN TO CRACK AND THEY KNOW THIS.
