If I could give them 0 stars I would. I had an Ender 3 V3 SE for about two months when the hot end melted filament between it and the silicone cap, essentially melting off some cables. I've gone through a few 3D printers and none of them had ever done anything like that but that was nothing compared to complete trash that is their customer service. I don't know if these people don't go through any training or it's just a bot server but my goodness. I would have had a better time pulling my hair out. I've never dealt with a more frustratingly incompetent customer service. I had to deal with them close to a month for them just to tell me to go to Amazon or eBay. I've escalated my issue to Fair Trading (something I've never done before in almost 40 years on this planet). I think everyone should stay far away from this company!
