Do NOT buy the EMS shorts - you are waisting your money!! I have done a lot of EMS and these are nothing like it, the little muscle connection you are feeling is completely waisted as it is impossible to wear it with the burning electrical shocks they are sending - I did force myself to get through it only to discover burn marks on my skin the day after. Absolutely waste of money regret big time buying this!
