What a crappy company. I ordered a tablet and the unit is defective, Doogee wants to charge me a restocking fee for a defective tablet. Doogee sucks and Amex is not helping either. Dont buy from these thieves and will cancel all my AMEX cards
Not sure about the tablet but watch out for the company. I received the t30 max and encountered a few documented issues (with pictures). When I asked the company to refund or exchange the tablet, they responded "sure" as long as you pay the restocking fee. Doesn't seem right to me that I have to pay for a defective tablet. Lesson learned, this is not one of the better Chinese companies like I originally believed. I have quite a few of their products, but alas I won't be buying their products anymore.
