I've been a subscriber for a few years now and I love Sophie and toffee. I've had damaged items twice, but when I noticed I reached out and they fixed it right away. I didn't reach out both times, though. There are occasionally extras in the boxes, which is super fun! I love the themes, which add a lot of extra amusement to my business. I use then in tandem with a stateside resin company. Both communicate well and lately the themes DON'T overlap at all, which I double love!
