Fraudulent delivery date
I have been using VistaPrint for 20 years, and have never had any problems. However, on my order yesterday, I was given a 13-Aug delivery date as I was checking out and selecting my delivery options. Upon payment, that date instantly changed to 18-Aug - an unacceptable time of over 2 weeks. I immediately attempted to contact customer support. Surprise! There is none! I got put on some fake call-back list with a promise that I would receive a call within 5 minutes. It is the next day now, and I still have heard nothing from them! I am very disappointed. And NO, it is a lie to say that a representative contacted me. I have spoken with NO ONE except your useless chatbot, despite calling and being assured I was on a call-back waitlist. The only thing sorted out is that I canceled the order without having any opportunity to speak about other delivery options.
