Returns policy is very difficult
I placed a fairly large order for clothes. When they finally arrived, more than half either didn't fit (mainly because of strange design / dimensions, or because the product really didn't look like the picture. I requested to make a return, and after waiting several days was offered 30% off my order instead of returning. I still wanted to return, and finally got the information I need to make the return, to China of course, and at my cost, i will still evaluate the cost of sending and may just take the 30% discount and throw the clothes away. I will not ever order clothes from them again.
