NO free 30-day returns, dishonourable
Don’t honour their free 30-day returns policy, which they advertise, whatsoever. They have refused to pre-pay return shipping as was advertised on their homepage when I purchased. They also don’t allow returns on sale items, which goes against their advertising on multiple pages across their site (site header, “14 day returns”, item descriptions “14 day returns”). In their very long return policy, there is one tiny note about sale items not being refundable, buried deep at the bottom. The policy itself isn’t ordered with the most relevant details at the top. This goes against Australian consumer law, because the service has not been as advertised. Avoid.
