New direction for Pixel Film Studios, and a wrong one. In the last weeks, this company has changed the way it behaved, communicated and did business, rolling a new software platform out and ditching its daily promotion where 4 or 5 products were reduced to 50%. Then with every purchase you could sum up "credits" that transformed into coupons you could use on the next purchase. Well, change is good, except with change came a new "no support" policy, common to a lot of companies these days. I mean, why answer when customers face a problem and try to reach you? Let an AI agent do the work, or maybe not even that, let people cry in outer space. From one day to another, all coupons we had as faithful customers were gone, without possibility to do anything about it. And no way to contact support... Everything feels scammy now, and this is a pity considering all the money I spent on those plugins, so I won't recommend this company now.
