BIG SCAM
BIG SCAM, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM IT I have placed an order with them on 19 of March 2024, they came back with an email saying there would be a delay due to the situation. I don't know what situation is that! anyway I requested to cancel since they were not able to specify when my order will be shipped. I requested a refund to my credit card. they emailed me saying the refund would take 5-30 days since it is an international transaction. today is May 6,2024 and no refund is received. I have emailed them plenty of times asking for proof of the refund. they reply very professionally by the way but all their reply emails are the same. they say we are sorry about the delay but since it is an international transaction it would take 5-30 days. even thought it exceeded this duration and still no refund is done. my story is similar to most of the reviews in the way they operate. which means they are really SCAMERS. please don't order from them they will rub you.
