This is New to me.
I stepped into the unknown when I contacted sofasandsectionnals.com. I was looking for a loveseat to go with my new couch, of course I wanted it made by the same manufacturer. I still don't know if it was. I liked the web page and checked it out on BBB, it was a good report so I ordered it. The time wait was longer than I liked but it did eventually show up. I was very happy with how it looked and felt. After several weeks I found some protrusions on the left arm, close to the top, inside. It did not show but I felt it and was concerned it would eventually poke through the fabric. I contacted sofasandsectionals.com explained problem. They wanted pictures, which wouldn't show the problem. Alas, my daughter came over and looked at it and felt it and used a hammer and popped, what we thought were staples back in place. Very happy with Co. and responses. I like my new loveseat. Mrs. L. Lord
