E-credit scam
I would never use Trivago to book a hotel room again. I couldn’t use the hotel I had booked so tried to change it. They give me an Ecredit to use and book via Traveluro. Tried to make a booking on the website but there is nowhere to add a code. So called the number. They take your details and set they will escalate it and will be called back. Called after 2 hours and again same thing. It has been 2 days no call back and now when I ring they do not pick up the phone. Do not use either company.
