⭐ 1/5 — DON’T BUY! Terrible Product & Customer Service I paid around US$1,950 for a Rotimatic Next (Order #66458), and this has been one of my worst purchase experiences. The machine did not make rotis as advertised. Dough was regularly wasted, toasting was inconsistent, and changing one setting often caused another issue. After countless hours with technical support, Rotimatic finally determined that the machine needed to be replaced. I returned the faulty machine using the return label they provided. Since June 2026, I have repeatedly followed up for my replacement. 24/06 — They acknowledged the delay. 01/07 — I followed up again. 08/07 — Still no confirmed dispatch date. 20/07 — I followed up again and received no response. It is now September and I STILL have no replacement, no dispatch date, and no proper resolution. For a product costing nearly US$2,000, this level of after-sales service is unacceptable. I am tired of repeatedly chasing them and explaining the same problem. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Rotimatic. Rotimatic, please either SEND MY REPLACEMENT IMMEDIATELY or REFUND MY MONEY. I will update this review if and when Rotimatic finally resolves the matter.
