Same bad result as many other reviews
Same as many other reviews. A waste of a LARGE sum of money. Allegedly my files were recovered, but then I cannot read them. Customer service suggested doing a recovery of video files - twice. Umm, these are Microsoft Word files. Not just disappointed; pissed off at being ripped off.
