great customer service
I ordered save the dates and wedding invitations. The save the dates were stunning and great value, so we ordered our wedding invitations as well. Unfortunately they were printed upside down on the back page, which was obviously a mistake. I would have normally sent them back and got them fixed but I unfortunately left organizing it too late and had to proceed with the miss print. I contacted support just alerting them of the problem not expecting a refund as I couldn’t send them back. They ended up giving me a full refund once proof was provided which resolved the whole thing for me. They listened to my concerns and handled it wonderfully. The customer service being 10/10 saved the day. No issues using them again. Thanks again
