Like others I want my money back
I tried to retrieve my files numerous times . This slow moving program eventually told me that my files were there but I had to purchase the program which I had already done. I noticed on feedback on other reviews they say that they will refund if within the warranty ie 7 days. To the manufacture please refund my money
