Ordered product, still haven't received it a month later
Ordered product on 14 Feb 2026. Have not received product as of 27 Mar 2026. Customer service number on website doesn't work. No online chat with customer service. Just fill out a form on the site. No response. No contact person on site. This is a terrible customer service experience already and I haven't yet received the product.
