UPDATE: Elegoo kindly replaced the part. And all is well. Although, I hope they rush to stock spare parts on their website for the pro usb series. Even if they have a date the part comes back in stock, at least would be reassured something was coming and not feeling like your stuck. Originally have a Neptune 4, never a problem. I wanted a second printer, so bought a Neptune 4 Pro type c because the offer was £20 more than the normal one. I soon realised I’d made a massive error, as it’s the only printer they don’t stock spare parts. And every other 3rd party site do not stock Neptune 4 pro TYPE USB C parts. Emailed advising my extruder was dead and needed replacement, and just get a sorry.
