I purchased Recoverit online after logging into their site via gmail. I then paid using PayPal with a different email link. It then registered me to one email address (gmail) and the purchase was made on the other. So they thought I did not purchase the product. Their AI help desk is useless as it cannot deal with simple inconsistencies. What a scam...I didn't even get to run the program. You'd think with 1.3 billion people they could get a helpdesk with REAL people running...
