Two stars for Jord because I need my watch repaired. I purchased it a few years ago. I only wear it on special occasions & love it. It is a beautiful watch (tiger wood & teal face). I always get compliments when I wear it. The watch stopped running & I took it to a reputable jewelry store that does watch repair. They could not fix it & sent it off to another repair who also could not fix it. The second hand has fallen off. Where are people getting their watches repaired? Jord, you didn’t respond to my emails. A watch that won’t function after a few years is not of quality. You will drive your business into the ground. Please advise.
