I use to love Elegoo
I use to love Elegoo. in fact I have 5 FDM and 2 resin Elegoo printers. 2 of them are the new Centauri Carbon. after seeing the Centauri Carbon 2 already for release over sea and not show on my version on the webpage. (like their trying to hide it) It comes with a Multi color system that truthfully looks like something that was put together by a 12 year old and leave the filament exposed to humidity, Has a huge top that makes it almost imposable to put on a shelf, and all of the people that bought the Centauri Carbon at the time of release still have no update on our multi-color system.... that according to the webpage (before Elegoo took it down) we should have had by now. I'm done. I am no longer going to deal with a company that likes to bate and switch and mislead there customers just to kick up the sales number. The printers are great. I have never had a problem with any of them. They work and print great. This is about respect and trust. I am choosing not to give my hard earned money to a company that has no respect for its customers. I am currently selling my Elegoo printers locally because if this. I will hold on to my Centauri Carbons until last incase Elegoo decides that we, the customers, are worth Elegoo Word and Respect
