Customer Service Lies
I placed an order and quickly changed my mind. I had reached out an hour after placing my order with the specific order number asking if I could have it cancelled. Cleo responded with “ Thanks for letting me know you placed the order just an hour ago! That’s great timing because orders placed that recently often haven’t shipped yet. I’ve checked your order #1*****, and it is still in the processing stage. I’ve gone ahead and canceled it for you, so you won’t be charged or receive this shipment.” 2 days later from the confirmation I receive an email saying my order had been shipped. Honestly at a loss for words at how silly this customer service was.
