Why can’t this be done online?
The process is easy and the instructions are easy to follow, but the method; 30% online and 70% paper/snail-mail is what I want to criticize. Why can’t it be 100% online? I had to dig out my printer and reconnect it for a pic of my drivers license, and find my checkbook that I hardly ever use these days for payment. It did provide me an opportunity to teach my 17 year old how to write a check, so maybe it’s not all that bad? California made me notarize a birth certificate request document then kicked it back for having the year “YYYY” vs “YY”, so you got them beat by 3 stars.
