Customer Service Does Not Exist
BUYER BEWARE - Customer Service does not exist !!! I have Blackview before with excellent results - I bought a BV9900E with no hitches BUT I recently ordered a BV6600 Pro 4 weeks later I received a BV6300 - Quite a downgrade This bought through their "Official Website" not an offshore reseller When I reached out to Blackview I was initially told the best thing to do was to keep the phone and they would reimburse the difference Well I ordered a phone with a Flir Camera and an 8350 Mah battery for a reason - what I received was a run of the mill cell phone I explained I was not happy and didn't want the phone THEIR ONLY SOLUTION - I had to send the phone back via registered mail with tracking AT MY EXPENSE !!! So, because an employee at their warehouse made a mistake - I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA TO THE PHONE I ORIGINALLY ORDERED BUYER BEWARE - If all goes well you will get a great phone at a great price.... If it does not...My experience has been a frustrating nightmare... And I HOPE I get the right phone I expect it will take 10 weeks from original order date
