Re order no:ESBS5077 To Spain. The items were not as described: dress sizes incorrect, and a wrong item was sent. The seller repeatedly delayed the resolution process despite photo evidence being provided. A partial refund was offered, but only on the condition that the buyer covered return shipping. The quoted return cost of €5.99 not realistic for shipping from Europe, where the actual cost would be €25. A PayPal case was ultimately required to secure the refund.
Order #iy5916es placed 8/11/2022. Order processed 14/7/2023 and just received 25th July, over 8 months later. No comms despite chasers...TBH...Not loving 'The Experience'! Star is for the products which are beautifully packaged and if they work, I'll be nervous about reordering again.
Re: Order - iY5916es It's been a month to the day 16th Oct that I placed and paid for my order with you through PayPal. I have not had any confirmation of shipping or an update on my order despite an email from you on the 7th Nov stating that you are looking into this and will respond within 24hrs! The response only came after a Trustpilot reach out and my previous 4 emails requesting details were ignored. You said you are looking into it and will respond within 24hrs that was 9 days ago! The original confirmation email from you with tracking information 16th Oct has now disappeared. This is not the way to run a business. Cancel my order and refund my money immediately! I will have PayPal look into your operations this end. Chrystin Turner
Does anyone know what's happened to this company? I placed an order on the 16th Oct and apart from the confirmation email 16th Oct, I have received no responses to my 4 emails. The tracking system states hasn't shipped yet!
