Wrong Flooring Sample Sent
I requested a flooring sample before placing my order, but the sample sent to me was the wrong colour. Unfortunately, I only discovered this once the flooring had been delivered. When I tried to order the correct colour, it was out of stock. Online Carpet has offered a full refund, which I appreciate, but this mistake has set my project back by several weeks and caused significant inconvenience. A refund resolves the payment issue, but not the time lost or disruption caused. Please make sure samples are checked carefully before sending them to customers.
