WPS Office – Smart Claims, but Lacking in Support
Initially, I was satisfied with WPS Office. However, since the latest AI upgrade, the program crashes constantly, and the helpdesk doesn’t even bother to respond. A software company that claims to be "Smarter, Faster, Easier, Free with Seamless MS Office Compatibility" should also have a reliable helpdesk.
