Lost MFA Information
Over the years, I lost both the backup codes and access to the authenticator I use. Emailed support to get it reset. Was told I need to get a copy of the receipt and open a new account and they will move everything over to the new account. Bought it in 2017. Didnt even remember where I bought it from. They were super patient and found where I bought it, so I could reach out to get a copy of the receipt. took a few days back and forth, making sure I understood what I needed to get and what I needed to do. Through out this time, They were very patient and very professional with me. I am back on line with new account, purchase history ported over and all necessary authentication codes in a safe place and backed up.
