Enabot stole money from me
Enabot stole money from me! I initiated a return for one of their robots, didn't hear back for 2 weeks, so I initiated a chargeback on my card. After I finally heard back, I did the right thing and canceled the chargeback and returned the item. They claimed that they refunded the money but the charge went through again. I went back and forth with them for weeks with proof from my bank and I have no way to get the funds returned. They stopped responding to me over support. Really furious with this company
