Update: Finally, the mailbox owner called ipostal1 this morning, and He was able to upload my documents and got my mailbox approved. I think there were some confusion. ===================================== This service requires you to go to online notary. I was not able to get 1583 document notarized a few years ago. I tried again a few days ago, but this time with in-person notary. I know the owner of the mailroom and he did notarized my 1583 document, but this ipostal1 will not let him approve my mailbox. The only way to get notarized is go to online notary.
