Farm Rio honestly is the best! The customer service is really top notch!!. I made an error looking at the Farm Rio website. I accidentally pressed the pay button on my cart and I did not mean to. I emailed the company it was around 8:00 p.m. I got an automated message and then I got a follow-up message from someone that would work on it. And then this morning today miraculously sweet Gabriel sent me an email saying that they had taken care of it and not to worry. Farm Rio is one of my favorite brands of all time. And I wish I could have gotten (afford )everything that was in my cart. The Swift course of action was amazing. Truly grateful🙏
