Absolutley horrible customer service…
ABsolutley horrible cusstomer service expereience. New system installed August 18th. Technician tied into phone system but forgot to reconnect the main line. No phone service for two days. Had to hire local phone company to diagnose the problem. Trying to have ADT reimburse me for the bill is a joke. So far over 1.5 hours on hold and told a specific time for a call back and still no call. Would not recommend and I have been with them 14 years.
