Very bad experience with Drive Lah for additional charges
Very bad experience with Drive Lah for imposing additional charges without customer agreement. Drive lah auto selected the fuel package for customer. I am a new user and no ever know this option will be charged for extra $300. This hidden charges is not appear in my bills through out the car booking section. I rented a car on 4 Aug 22 and returned on 8 Aug 22 with full tank of fuel. A while later I received a credit card deduction of $300 to Drive Lah. WhatsApp them immediately and was told that it was due to fuel charges issue and the lady lodged an appeal for me, but she said cannot guarantee to be refunded. The way they earn customer money is not acceptable. Do you think is worth to drive back Malaysia for 5 days cost me around $1000!!! Even expensive than take flight!
