Hello, I do not usually write reviews, but I feel I have to now. I had an issue with my miner so I contacted support on discord. I was offered premium level support. Mario worked with me very closely and relentlessly to resolve the issue. He has a solid background and his first guess was the actual problem. He walked me through how to fix it and my miner is up again in couple hours. Kudos for Mario. Regards, Hero1c
