GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I ordered a pair of MMA shorts that didn't fit so well, but I exchanged for a pair that were better fit. That aside, the customer service on their end is really good. The replacement was prompt and the reps were accommodating. The only thing I have done is opted for the paid delivery. The free option is through yodel. They delivered to the house 2 doors down instead of my home address, when someone was in. I wont fault RDX on that issue because like I say they have good customer service and the shorts I ordered are comfortable. I would order through them again, I'd just pay for a better courier instead.
