SCAM!!
SCAM!!! please do not book through this site! Spend a little extra and book through a reputable site. These people are complete scammers. I did everything they asked to receive a refund and they straight up lied and told me the hotel denied the refund, but I had confirmation # and approval direct from the hotel manager. Such a joke. I opened a dispute via my CC company for fraud.
