3 days to upload 75% and the software crashes
I had to press one star to be able to leave this review but would leave no stars if I could. I downloaded this after being desperate to recover a suicide interview from family members I did as part of a documentary. It offered a free trial and was seriously considering adding this to my tool kit and paying for license. I uploaded the file I needed rescuing as instructed, it took 3 days with me sleeping next to my laptop as I left it on to get to 76% upload. Then this morning after not using my laptop because I was scared of causing it to stop, at 8am my screen goes black, I touch nothing, it comes back 2 minutes later to say there is a software issue and I need to start again. Absolute waste of time, no way I would pay for it now. Devastated to have spent all this time trying with this download, now have to go look for something else.
