Ordered a cosplay on 25 April, with use date 20 May. Still have not received it, mailed them last week asking where it was? 'It will be finished this week' was told to me. Mailed them this week, same question: where is it & can it be delivered before 20 June? Now I got the answer: 'Hi, we will try our best to meet your deadline but not 100% promise. Thank you!' So it went from being finished last week to not knowing sure if they can meet my deadline, WHICH they already had missed cuz the deadline was 20 May. Now I gave them another chance of sending it before 20 June, a whole month away from now, and this is the answer I get? You already had your 4 week tailoring period. It should've been send to me this week. I hope they will sent it next week, otherwise I demand my money back!
