Overall Great Experience
My experience with with AMZchef has been the complete opposite of some of the reviews here. I ordered 2 items - a induction cooker and blender. They came within 10 days and arrived in great condition. Good packaging and the products exceeded my expectations. The blender rivals my Vitamx and the cook top heats up super quickly! I haven't had to reach out to customer service, but the service that I've recieved so far has been very good. Looking forward to purchasing a juicer and perhaps a second blender for our other home.
