Received a paperback instead of the ordered hardcover. Discover Books (DB) said order showed trade paperback, however, I was not able to view the order to confirm. I have never wittingly ordered a paperback book and DB apparently has no dispute policy the order is just what they say it is. Do as you like, as for me, I will never order from DB again.
