Recently ran into a kicker getting stuck issue a few rotis after the software update. After the initial chat based support, slightly frustrating as I was made to rewatch all the basic troubleshooting videos, it was determined that a live session is needed. I was able to schedule the call within the next 30 minutes and within another 30 minutes, my Rotimatic was back alive making rotis, thanks to excellent help provided by Ravi. While we were waiting for pans to heat up, probably the most annoying part of the process, he answered all my questions patiently and expertly. Overall a positive experience.
