Surprise £39 fee just to contact a tutor
Found this site via Google. Signed up to contact a tutor and was presented with a surprise £39 charge for a 'student pass'. No mention of this on the tutor page, and of course they waited until I had signed up to spring it on me. Naturally I didn't pay and left immediately. Fortunately, I signed up using a throwaway email and fake contact details so at least these scammers haven't got my personal details! @Superprof: instead of pasting the same 'our payment terms are clearly listed on our website' reply to all of the negative reviews on here, why don't you acknowledge that there's an issue with transparency on your pricing model, and try to address the issue by making it clearer to people BEFORE they sign up (or do the obvious thing and just not charge people sneaky recurring payments)? By ignoring all of these reviewers who all say exactly the same thing, it gives the impression that you know full well your pricing is misleading and you've no intention of fixing it even if it costs you your reputation.
