Having been a founder for the past 7 years building 2 different companies, I've tried tons of (neo)banks - DBS, UOB, YouBiz, Brex, Levro, PayFazz, etc. I can confidently say that Aspire is leaps and bounds above all of them in terms of product, customer service and customer love. Here are just 3 of the reasons why Aspire is amazing: Firstly, Aspire's Customer Support never fails to get back within the same day. I've raised multiple issues in the past, all of which was resolved promptly and effectively. There was once, the issue was with my personal bank instead of Aspire, and yet they managed to contact my personal bank to understand what was going on, helped me work with them to resolve it, and then got back to me. All within the same working day. This greatly helped with my mental health as I was really stressed and concerned about it, enabling me to focus on my biggest priorities shortly after. Aspire's superb Customer Support ensures that you spend less time worrying, and more time improving your mental health instead. Secondly, the rate at which they ship product features that customers love is phenomenal. When I first started using Aspire with my first company, it only had a few key features and frankly, I only used Aspire because it had the lowest fees. But just months after joining Aspire, it became evident that they were releasing top-notch features at crazy speeds. Now they support more currencies like USD and EUR, support PayNow, and tons of other features. I'm in love with the product like never before, and I know for a fact that I will never need to switch out of Aspire because they are probably already building the next few features I need. Thirdly, Aspire goes above and beyond to put a smile on founders' faces. About 3 years ago, I received an entire carton of swag (consisting of a water bottle, notebook, cardholder, etc.) and just this year, I received a mini figurine of myself to commemorate World Entrepreneur Day. I now have the figurine on my work table, motivating me to do my very best every single day. It might seem really small, but life as founders can get really stressful and tiring sometimes. Aspire's attention to detail in customer delight enables us to keep going, while giving us time to enjoy the finer moments on this journey.
