Absolutely AWFUL customer service
Absolutely AWFUL customer service. They go around in circles, don't answer your questions, then end the chat when the questions get tough. I was on chat for one hour and a half trying to get a simple question answered - can I cancel the insurance that they stuffed in the checkout? Also, the fees are 42% of the total cost. BOOK DIRECTLY WITH THE AIRLINE, DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. A total rip off!
