They threatened my credit. I canceled my pet insurance twice, then still had to pay $212
Update. Now they contact me, and say I was incorrect. I canceled my pet insurance twice. TWO different time!.Because when i called they said over the phone it had been canceled, then I kept getting bills. Theres no way to just cancel online.(does that not seem shady?) So I called and canceled again. And then a few months later they asked me to pay $212. So I never paid it until they threatened to file this $212 on my credit. They even noted that it will affect me when buying a car, mortgage, etc. If i didnt pay. WTH. I never claimed a single thing on the insurance either. Not even a check up with my dog. INCOMPETENT SKUM OF THE EARTH!
